Theodoulos (Pat) Papanicola FCA FCCA FABRP MCI.arb
Pat qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and became a member of the Institute in 1974, obtaining his Fellowship in 1980. Pat has remained in the profession since qualifying. At first he specialised in audit and taxation, including investigations by the Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise, but in the late 1970's and early 1980's diversified into the field of Insolvency, becoming a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner in 1986. In 2006 Pat also became a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants - Cyprus.
Subsequently Pat became a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1993 and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1996 and currently he is taking the Fellowship exams.
Pat specialises in all aspects of Insolvency and is the firms Compliance Partner in that respect as well as being Senior Partner of the firm and group.
Although in recent years Pat has specialised in Insolvency matters he still administers a nucleus of clients, deals with investigations, acts as an expert witness and mediator, and lectures on Insolvency to other Accountants, Solicitors, Professionals and Bank Officials. Pat is the current President of the ACCA North London Members.
