Mike Marcus FCA FCCA FRSA

Mike is the firm's technical partner. He specialises in auditing, due diligence and corporate finance work.  His extensive sphere of technical knowledge covers inter alia  company restructuring (including the use of EIS), AIM Floatations (including grooming companies for IPO), and mergers and acquisitions.  He also has particular experience in all aspects of companies operating in the film and television sector, FSA regulated clients and charities.  Mike is a well known technical expert and lectures on accounting, auditing, money laundering and IPO matters (including lecturing for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales).  He enjoys finding pragmatic solutions to difficult technical problems.
